What you'll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Operations Management, or related field; MBA/CMA/ MS preferred.5+ years’ experience managing and coordinating business operations.3+ years’ experience leading teams preferred.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products with primary focus on ExcelAbility to read and interpret large data sets to help drive strategic decisions makingAbility to interpret and evaluate engineering drawings and regulatory codes given modest training.Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills – ability to communicate effectively across all levels
