The role will manage cyber risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Skills and Requirements - Minimum 15 years of experience in information security, risk management, and IT operations - At least 10 years in a senior security leadership role with hands-on experience implementing advanced security controls - Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP or equivalent - Deep expertise in infrastructure security across network, endpoint, cloud, Microsoft 365, SIEM, IDS/IPS - Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards: NIST, ISO, PCI-DSS - Proven ability to build and execute a strategic IT Security Roadmap - Exceptional communication skills—able to influence and engage senior stakeholders - Demonstrated success in promoting security as a business enabler - Experience with AI-powered threat detection and response tools - Background in Zero-Trust and Defense-in-Depth architectures - Track record of securing cybersecurity investments and driving cross-functional buy-in - Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing environments - Experience in M&A security integration and supporting subsidiary onboarding null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
