**Job Description**
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Business partner of Therapeutic Area
+ Develop annual learning strategy and solutions for business success which aligned with business goals and strategy.
+ Deliver training and workshops with high quality; evaluate the effectiveness and refine the design in a timely manner.
+ Lead new hires training to ensure the onboarding success.
+ Design and deliver L&D programs for commercial team to support the capability development
+ Lead the design, development, and implementation of L&D programs which focus on capabilities development of critical commercial roles;
+ Design and optimize commercial curriculum and deliver training courses to commercial teams;
+ Apply innovative learning technology and best practices
+ Explore and apply innovative technology to improve training effectiveness and efficiency.
+ Manage and update L&D solutions through digital learning platform;
+ Work with global CL&D & China CL&D team members to adopt best practices across Gilead and roll out the global programs in specific therapeutic areas;
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders including and not limited to BU leadership team, Medical Affairs, Commercial Planning & Operations, HR, and other cross functional team for integrated learning solutions.
+ Responsible for overseeing and managing third-party service providers to ensure compliance with Gilead’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct policies and Chinese laws.
**Requirements/Qualifications:**
+ Solid experiences of fronline sales & sales management or marketing in oncology area is preferred
+ Solid training experiences in oncology area and cross functional capability building including learning solutions design and delivery
+ Deep business understanding and ability to translate business strategy into learning solutions to support strategy execution
+ Excellent interpersonal communication and strong teamwork
+ Multiple tasks and priorities management, time management
+ Fluent both in Chinese and English (oral and written)

+ 治疗领域业务合作伙伴
+ 根据事业部业务目标和战略制定相应的学习策略和解决方案,助力业务成功;
+ 高质量地执行所有培训和研讨会等学习解决方案,并及时评估效果和精进设计;
+ 定期组织新员工入职培训,确保成功上岗;
+ 能力发展项目设计和落地,标准课程开发和培训
+ 根据胜任力和中国商业团队能力发展要求,设计和落地关键职位的能力发展项目
+ 开发和优化课程体系和标准课程,并根据年度规划培训商业团队;
+ 应用创新学习技术和最佳实践
+ 积极探索并应用创新技术以提升培训效果和效率;
+ 通过数字化学习平台管理并更新学习方案;
+ 与全球商业学习与发展团队定期沟通,确保全球优秀项目落地中国;
+ 与跨部门紧密合作以提供整合的学习方案,包括事业部管理团队、医学事务、业务规划及运营、人力资源等多个职能部门
+ 负责监督并管理第三方服务提供商,以确保学习方案规划和执行遵守吉利德的道德准则和合规政策、中国法律。
**能力和经验要求:**
+ 拥有扎实的肿瘤领域销售及销售管理经验或肿瘤领域市场营销经验(市场营销经验优先)
+ 拥有扎实的肿瘤治疗领域及跨职能能力培训经验,包括治疗领域及跨职能胜任力的学习发展项目设计和交付
+ 具备深入的业务理解并能够把业务策略转化为学习方案以支持策略落地
+ 具备优秀的人际沟通能力和团队协作能力
+ 具备多任务管理、优先级管理和时间管理能力
+ 流利的中英文表达和书写
