The Sr. Manager, Associate Innovation will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the design, implementation, and optimization of HR technology solutions that align with the organization’s strategic goals. This individual will lead a team focused on streamlining and automating HR processes by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and software tools. The Sr. Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to ensure that HR technology initiatives are executed effectively, drive efficiency, and support organizational growth.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
Lead the design, development, and implementation of HR technology initiatives that improve and automate core HR functions, including talent management, payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with HR leadership and business partners to define and execute HR technology strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
Oversee the execution of large-scale HR technology projects, ensuring they meet business needs, stay within budget, and are completed on time.
Provide leadership to the Tech HR team, ensuring optimal team performance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle of HR technology initiatives, from planning and execution to ongoing maintenance and optimization.
Drive the adoption and integration of HR technology tools and systems across HR functions, ensuring smooth system transitions and user engagement.
Continuously assess and optimize existing HR technology platforms and processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance HR service delivery, such as AI, automation, and cloud-based HR solutions.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, reduce manual workloads, and improve system performance by using data-driven insights.
Work closely with IT, HR teams, and business leaders to ensure that HR technology initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and requirements.
Serve as the main point of contact for HR technology issues, collaborating with IT, vendors, and other teams to resolve challenges and drive progress.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR technology specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.
Leverage data analytics to measure the success of HR technology initiatives and to make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
Work with HR leadership to produce regular updates on the progress of HR technology initiatives, highlighting successes and areas of opportunity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or a related field, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role.
Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and expertise in HR technology tools and systems.
Strong experience in project management, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale HR technology initiatives.
Experience in data analysis and utilizing analytics to drive decisions and optimize HR technology solutions.
Knowledge of automation, artificial intelligence, and other emerging HR technologies.
Understanding of HR processes (e.g., recruitment, performance management, benefits, payroll) and how technology can improve these functions.
Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage resources effectively.
Expertise in HR technology solutions, with the ability to evaluate and implement new tools and systems that enhance HR processes.
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance in HR technology.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
