Your New Role: 

 

The successful candidate will have a mixture of business acumen, communications, and great data and analytics skills. This role will lead the enterprise Analytics team, responsible for uncovering enterprise insights and driving business results using smarter data analytics. He or she will also be responsible for combining AI and BI to set up a successful self-service strategy and improve decision-making.  

Your Role Accountabilities: 

Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive Analytics strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system performance and improve efficiency.  

Team leadership: Lead and mentor the Analytics team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that values continuous learning and development. 

Analytics: Drive innovation in data analytics processes and methodologies to optimize business performance. Design, implement, and maintain robust analytics solutions across the entire organization. 

Continuous Improvement: Define processes and standards to increase the quality and reduce the time of the deliverables. 

Stakeholder management: Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders. Maintain a strong understanding of the business function. 

Qualifications & Experiences: 

 

Bachelor's degree in information technology, or a related field. 

8+ years proven experience in Analytics; 3+ years management experience. 

Advanced english

Strong data and analysis skills  

Business savvy, specifically in the media & and entertainment industry 

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. 

Advance knowledge in BI tools (Tableau and PowerBI) and augmented analytics tools
