Sr Lead Software Engineer

ADP is hiring a Sr. Lead Software Engineer in our Alpharetta, GA office. This is a hybrid role. 

As a Sr Lead Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal part in driving the development and implementation of innovative software solutions that enhance our business operations. Your expertise will guide a team of engineers in creating high-quality applications, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements. You will be responsible for architecting scalable systems leveraging your knowledge of Oracle Configure Price Quote(CPQ) Cloud application. Additionally, you will oversee the testing processes to ensure software reliability and performance, while mentoring junior engineers to foster their growth. Ultimately, your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our technology initiatives, positioning the company for future success.

Job Responsibilities:

Hands on experience in Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, Email Designer, BML and BMQL to cover complex business requirements. Should be able to lead Solution Design/ Technical Design for different business requirements related to Oracle CPQ and related applications. Proficient in Integration to external systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Implement best practices in software testing and quality assurance to ensure robust and reliable applications. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Oracle CPQ, BML, BMQL, XSLT, JavaScript, HTML/XML, and Salesforce CRM.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with additional programming languages or frameworks.

Skills:

The required skills in Oracle Configure Price Quote(CPQ) platform using BigMachines Language (BML), BMQL, Document Designer , Email Designer, Configuration, Commerce, Javascript, JQuery, Oracle JET, Apex, HTML, XSLT, XML, XHTML, CSS, SQL MySql, GitHub, SOAP and Rest based web services; Object oriented languages (Java, C#.NET or VB.NET);Implementation and customization of Salesforce.com Customer relationship management(CRM), Selenium, and Eclipse Integrated Development Environment.
