Job Description:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience required

Work Experiences:

4+ years’ experience in eCommerce, brand management, marketing, buying, retail, or relevant area required

Responsibilities:

Analyze sales, vendor performance, and inventory position to goals by vendor and categoryPartner with DMM, buying groups, and category merchandising to activate and maintain drop-ship relationships for Omnichannel to achieve salesCreate and deliver quarterly drop ship reviews of successes, opportunities, and go-forward plans to activate additional vendors, discuss opportunities, and further leverage momentumCollaborate with buying and category management teams on approach to grow drop-ship sales via expanded vendor base or SKU proliferationPartner with major external vendor partners to develop and deliver a great customer experience and ensure the brands are well-positioned to deliver against customer and brand expectationsResponsible for training and onboarding new team membersLeads training sessions to educate internal partners on Drop Ship ProcessesContinuously review, enhance, and review Drop Ship ProcessesPartner with internal business units including but not limited to contact center, Omnichannel category management, merchants, vendor relations, and logisticsServe as a subject matter expert on internal processes and third-party integrations or solutionsProvide input and assist in the development of system and process enhancements, special features, and general functionality to support the DSV programCollaborate with buying and Omnichannel teams on approach to grow drop-ship sales and vendor baseDevelop a prioritization schedule for the category and/or vendor rollout in collaboration with the category management team and Omnichannel merchandisingDevelop an efficient onboarding workflowEnhance current online assortment through category optimization, and partner with Omnichannel Merchandising team and Category Management team to develop new businesses and product offerings through the drop shipManages Key Vendor AccountsGenerate and distribute weekly, monthly, and annual reportsDevelop a thorough understanding of the Academy’s policies, procedures, and safety rulesDuties may change; team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned
