This role will be part of the IT End User Computing team and have a significant impact on our IT operations, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that meet the needs of our organization. Utilize Intune, Tanium, and PatchMyPC for software deployment, patch management, and inventory management. + Plan, execute, and monitor End User Computing infrastructure server upgrades, new servers and decommissioning. Troubleshoot and resolve IT system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations. + Work with the security team to identify and design measures to safeguard the system against security breaches, prioritizing efforts based on risk + Develop and maintain scripts for automation and customization of IT processes. + Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements. Serve as subject matter expert escalation for Windows desktop issues, partnering with IT support specialists with a variety of complicated technical issues + 5+ years of combined experience in the management, administration, and architecture of Windows and Windows MDM tools (Intune/SCCM), Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security (Intune, Autopilot & Azure Active Directory), incl. integration with Auto Pilot + Advanced troubleshooting abilities, including debugging network, security, Active Directory, database, and application issues.
