**Lead IT Network Engineer, PCN OT** Join the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthroughs As an OT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for responsible for project and operational support of virtual compute infrastructure for Honeywell Advanced Materials Plant Control Networks (PCNs) and Solstice Advanced Materials ISC Plant Control Networks (upon conveyance in late 2025 or early 2026). The candidate will be supporting all networks globally and will need to maintain safety protocols for all plants in the business as they will be travelling between them for project related work. You will report directly to the Director IT, Site IT & OT leader who is also responsible for site IT leaders, OT support and project management. This role will be based out of our Bangalore office. In each of these verticals we bring deep materials and engineering knowledge, which leads to our customers achieving reduction in energy consumption, cutting down their carbon emissions and improving their operational efficiencies **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Work with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure technology platforms such as VMWare, Dell VXRail and VSan + Remote operational support of global infrastructure and technology including Windows, Linux, Windows Workstations and thin clients. + Monitoring of performance, KPI development and development and delivery of performance reporting. + Facilitate implementation of new technology stacks and migration of workloads from tech debt to new infrastructure + Collaborate with network engineering, firewall support and other groups to troubleshoot complex problems as they occur in real time, sometimes at off hours. + Travel up to 20%, when required for specific project related work **YOU MUST HAVE** + 5+ years of experience in operational support of enterprise server ecosystems + 5+ years of experience with Windows Server 2019/2016/2012 OS + 2+ years of Virtualization platforms such as VMWare, VXRail, vSAN + 2+ Experience with one or more of the following: Server automation activities or Infrastructure as code (CHEF, JSON, Powershell, Ruby, or other scripting languages) + 2+ Experience with Windows patching tools such as Tanium and Windows security standards & OS Hardening concepts + 2+ Experience with monitoring tools such as Solarwinds and Unimus + 2+ Experience with support of contemporary data recovery products such as Rubrik & Veeam **WE VALUE** + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology + Experience with support of IT/OT systems, including network implementation & segmentation, PLC’s and field devices, and IT systems + Strong interpersonal skills: excellent oral, written and collaborative communication skills and teaming + The ability to partner effectively across IT teams, suppliers and business customers on cross-functional projects and process improvements + Self-motivated with a demonstrated bias for action Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
