How will you make an impact?
As a Business Analyst, you will define and detail business specifications, application functionality, workflow requirements, and perform business testing. You will work in a team environment with business and technical resources as well as third-party vendors. You will possess strong business relationship skills and have broad experience across a matrix organization. You will be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
What will you do?
Serve as the bridge between the business IT user community and the Infrastructure Program Delivery (IPD) functional teams through which requirements and support flowCollect business requirements from business and IT communitiesDevelop IPD documentation including, but not limited to, business requirements, design documents, use cases or user stories, workflow, training needs, and other documentation as neededEngage with the business team and technical team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and forecastsMaintain a continuous improvement culture by recommending and driving improvement efforts to internal processes, cost optimization, and automation opportunities through ongoing data analysisProvide day-to-day support on behalf of the Program Delivery team while collaborating with the Business and Project teamsWork with application teams to ensure alignment to established timelines, as well as the planning and execution of agreed-upon project roadmapsPlan, conduct, and direct the analysis of complex business issuesOptimally lead and navigate intra-departmental relationships and work in assigned teams and groups.How will you get here?
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or relevant experienceExperience & Skills Requirements:
Experience in an analytical roleBasic project management skills and understanding of the project management lifecycle requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of skilled team members, managers, and executivesExperience with eliciting, defining, and detailing user requirements, including identifying gaps in requirements, resolving inconsistencies, and prioritizing requirementsMust be comfortable managing projects and timelines within a sophisticated matrix environment and able to efficiently lead a meetingAble to work independently and possess strong time management skillsShould be dedicated to achieving objectives with outstanding attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication abilitiesApply today!
