Sr IT Analyst
As a **Sr IT Analyst** here at Honeywell, you will lead critical IT initiatives, leveraging your expertise to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovative solutions working in the IT Finance Domain in the Account-To-Report Service. Your role will involve analyzing complex IT systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic insights to support our technology roadmap. You will report directly to our IT Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a Hybrid work schedule. The role will provide input into the overall Application roadmap, help maintain, build solutions to meet business objectives, while partnering with Operations team to ensure a stable environment. The role will lead project delivery by displaying sound functional and technical proficiency across all stages of the project lifecycle, along with technical expertise and hands on work to meet project milestones. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our competitive edge in the rapidly evolving technology landscape. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** . Provide expert guidance on IT strategies and solutions to address business challenges. + Analyze complex IT systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement + Document Business Requirements + Identify/resolve process gaps + Document new processes + Support automation & drive process efficiency + IT application owner + Lead / Support IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. + Provide support to business cycles + Maintain & manage application MOS + Assist with test strategy + Support Super/Power Users + Ensure Audit compliance & software currency **YOU MUST HAVE** • 6+ years of experience in IT analysis, project leadership, or related roles. • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (Excel and SQL). + Ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions **WE VALUE** • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Relevant industry certifications. • Experience with project management methodologies. • Innovation-driven mindset. • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts. + Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes + Experience with Work-Flow applications such as Power Apps. + Experience applying rigorous waterfall and agile project management approach on assignments + Proficient in problem solving and troubleshooting with the ability to exercise mature judgment + Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements + Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (PowerPoint) + Ability to collaborate with business + Experience in developing automation process and deployment + Strong Finance business acumen and ability to translate new technology into business value + Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision + Good analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent customer focus Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
