eCom, Marketing and Customer Portal Tech Lead (Sr. IT Engineer) Job Description **Overview** This Tech Lead role is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for leading the development and technical execution of marketing, eCommerce and portal solutions. This role combines hands-on technical skills and willingness to learn new technology to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and customer needs. **Key Responsibilities** •Project Leadership: Lead marketing, eCommerce and portal development projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. •Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. •Code Quality: Ensure the highest level of code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices. •Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, marketing, eCommerce and portal solutions updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation. •Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and marketing, to deliver cohesive solutions. •Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges, ensuring optimal performance and scalability of the Magento platform. •Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes and technical implementations. •Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide technical insights, and ensure customer satisfaction. **Qualifications** •Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce and portal development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. •Technical Skills: AEM, PIM, DAM, Magento, Hybris, Elastic, DB, ETL •Exposure or working experience with AI is preferred. •Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges. •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Magento are a plus. •Project Management: Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
