Discover Impactful Work:
Unity Lab Services provides a single source for coordinated lab service, support, and supply management. The position is focused primarily on scientific support services within Unity Lab Services core offerings of: Stockroom and point-of-use inventory management, sourcing and order management, dock management, and laboratory support services.
A Day in the Life:
Make on-site program replenishments and disbursements. Perform stockroom duties to include: receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions according to customer requirements.Analyze, maintain, and reconcile various reports to ensure contractual requirements are met.Proactively connect with the supervisor regarding any customer concerns and/or potential problems.Effectively address customer concerns within established resolution timeframes.Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.Keys to Success:
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience
1+ years of experience in a laboratory setting preferred.Experience in customer service or warehouse operations is a plus.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a desire to deliver excellent customer service.Interpersonal efficiency and rapport building.Ability to independently operate handheld scanners to enter data and reconcile reports.Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.Organizational skills to multi-task and meet due dates.Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Works primarily at customer sites, which may require independent work.Depending on the area of the building, personal protective equipment may be worn, including lab coats, safety glasses, safety gloves, and safety shoes.Ability to operate equipment such as pushcarts and pallet jacks to push or pull loads of up to 100 lbs safely and efficiently.Ability to work overtime, as needed.This position does not offer relocation benefits.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $18.54–$27.81.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
