Job Description:

Job SummaryThis role is responsible for leading the development of the product strategy, design, and implementation of innovation projects that aim to achieve positive and sustainable results. They support Operations departments to align People, resources, and procedures to reduce cost and complexity while maximizing Employee and Customer satisfaction. Ensures the delivery and optimization of new products and processes is understood by decision makers and delivery teams across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Leads the product management of new processes, tools and experiencesSets the strategic plan to achieve business and design goals that may include prioritization of focus areas for innovation, optimization of new product deliveries and guiding the adaptation of adjacent processesActs as the expert of the design, features and specifications of their productsLeverages enterprise capabilities and coordinates with product stakeholders to establish a repeatable and efficient product delivery practiceCollaborates with business analysts to monitor and analyze performance of assigned products and processesSupports executive decision making with evidence-based guidance and consultingCommunicate timelines, risks, issues, key decisions to multiple stakeholdersEncourage consensus among multiple parties with conflicting and diverse viewpointsBuild confidence and sustain trusted relationships with key stakeholdersMay perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leader

Pay & Benefits:  

Competitive market salary from $128,350.00 - $142,600.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
