Sr Industrial Electrician
As a Sr. Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician here\nat Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient\noperation of our industrial facility. You will be installing, repairing, and maintaining\ncomplex electrical industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting, ensuring\nequipment functions properly through preventative maintenance and\ntroubleshooting breakdowns by diagnosing issues to minimize production\ndowntime; tasks include inspecting equipment, adjusting calibrations,\nreplacing parts, fabrication, and following safety protocols to maintain a\nclean and operational work area.
You will collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to\nsupport the production process and contribute to the overall success of our\noperations.
The work also includes supporting the team with mechanical, hydraulic,\npneumatic, PLC and other tasks as assigned by management.
Days/Hours: Monday\n– Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, fabricate and repair Electrical\nsystems including but not limited to air compressors, pumps, motors, boilers,\nconveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, air cylinders, switches, tanks,\nvessels, pipes and valves.
• Installation of new equipment, running conduit, installing\npipe and other manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to identify and address potential issues\nbefore they cause disruptions.
• Troubleshoot plant equipment problems and implement effective solutions to\nminimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the safe and efficient operation\nof electrical systems.
• Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints, technical\ndocuments, electrical prints, for both fabrication and troubleshooting.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair\nactivities.
• Follows safety procedures and adheres to electrical codes to\nmaintain a safe working environment
• Comply with all PPE requirements, including wearing a\nrespirator. Before wearing a\nrespirator, individuals must undergo a medical evaluation to ensure they\nare physically capable of using one, and a fit test is required to ensure the\nrespirator provides adequate protection.

Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Personal\nProtective Equipment (PPE) business to Protective Industrial Products, Inc.\n(“PIP®”), a portfolio company of Odyssey Investment Partners. At this time, we\nanticipate that the deal will close in the first half of 2025, subject to\ncustomary closing conditions. U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial\nElectrician with a strong background in Electrical systems and fabrication.
• Experience working in a multi-craft industrial\nmanufacturing or similar environment with experience as an electrician, machinist,\nfabricator, pipefitter, welder, millwright, and or mechanic is required.
• Experience welding, cutting, grinding, drill press, running\nconduit and other maintenance fabrication shop equipment is required.
WE VALUE
• Preferred 10 years of experience as an Industrial\nElectrician, with a strong background in Electrical systems and\nfabrication.
• Other industrial Maintenance backgrounds would be\nconsidered as well.
• Experience working on PLC programming and troubleshooting would be a\nplus. (Allen Bradley, HMIs.)
• Knowledgeable in pertinent electrical codes and\nregulations
• Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance or any other technical\ncertificate
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to use CMMS to perform PMs and report on plant\nissues.
