We're seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to partner with our leadership team and shape the future of our organization. **In this role, you will:** + Act as a trusted advisor and influential partner to senior leadership, aligning HR programs with business goals and driving strategic initiatives. + Coach and mentor managers and employees, empowering them to maximize their potential and contribute to organizational success. + Build and develop a high-performing HR team, aligning roles and responsibilities with the HR Operating Model. + Expertly manage HR processes such as performance management, compensation planning, employee relations, and professional development. + Serve as a primary HR point of contact, handling employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing effective solutions. + Play a key role in succession planning initiatives, ensuring a strong talent pipeline for future organizational needs. + Oversee HR data analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes. + Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment efforts and attract top talent. + Lead and support special projects, contributing to organizational initiatives and driving continuous improvement. + Manage a medium-sized HR team, including HR Partners and Payroll to ensure effective execution of HR programs and initiatives. **Minimum Job Requirements:** + University +10 years + Advanced degree + 8 years + In the absence of a degree, 14 years or relevant experience required.​ **Preferred Qualifications:** + Strong leadership coaching and influence management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across various organizational levels and styles. + Experience working within an organized labor union environment, with the ability to navigate complex workplace challenges and implement creative solutions. + Innovative, agile, and results-driven, with a proven track record as a change agent who actively seeks opportunities for improvement. + Collaborative team player with experience working across multiple HR functions to develop and implement solutions. + Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on delivering value-added solutions. + Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. + Demonstrated success in leading and managing organizational change initiatives, achieving quantifiable results. + Proven experience in delivering customer-focused HR solutions with sound business judgment. + Experience in supervisory or management roles, with responsibility for team performance and development. + Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information. + Proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting, with strong systems and analytical skills. + Project management experience, with a history of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. + Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and Workday HRIS.
