Sr HSE Dangerous Goods Analyst
As a Sr HSE Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's health, safety, and environmental engineering efforts. You will ensure the highest standards of health and safety for employees, compliance with environmental regulations, and the implementation of best practices in engineering-related safety. In this role, you will impact our organization by overseeing the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs that ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders will ensure that HSE considerations are integrated into business processes and decision-making, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our business as a responsible and sustainable organization. Key Responsibilities + Develop and execute comprehensive HSE strategies aligned with the organizations mission + Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations + Implement safety measures, training, and policies + Conduct risk assessments and safety audits + Develop emergency response plans + Manage HSE budget + Promote environmental sustainability + Enforce quality control standards + Utilize technology for safety monitoring + Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders for effective communication on HSE matters YOU MUST HAVE + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics + 5+ years of experience in HSE Engineering + In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices WE VALUE + Advanced degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field + Strong leadership and team management skills + Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
