About the role.
1. Elevated employee relations, engagement activities & initiatives
4. Liaison, partner with and collaborate with HR service center, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation to drive employee solutions
Works in partnership with HR Business Partner and people leaders to drive a continuous improvement mindset to enable the everyday engagement of their teams Working in collaboration with HRBP and TA resources to manage talent and succession with a strong focus on attracting, recruiting, and effectively onboarding diverse talentParticipate in the execution of learning and development initiatives such as Great People Leaders and related programs from local and global COE Ensure effective verbal and written employee communication
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred
Compensation Package: $81,600.00 -$108,900.00 USD annually + bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
