Honeywell is looking for a Senior Services HR Administrator. This position is responsible for end-to-end administration of the HR Services\nAdministration as per internal policies, procedure and per local legislation.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding Activities
Responsible\nfor On-boarding administration (including but not limited to contract\npreparation, track progress, induction and all necessary arrangements), making\nsure that the EE file is complete and correct. Creates\nand collects signatures for all related documentsInternal Client/Stakeholder
Maintain the relationship with all employees regarding HR Services administrator, such as documents, signatures, status of employees and other internal procedure and internal regulations.Working closely with other department like Payroll, Finance, Staffing, Onboarding, C&B, Government RelationsAnswering to the employees'\nrequests by using the SFDC systemHRS month end closing/\nTime and attendance system
Checking Time and attendance Follow-up with employees regarding their timesheetsInserting all the payroll inputs related to payments for the employees that are in HRS GO scopeAdministers clocking\ndefectsEnd\nto end Exit administration
Communication with the involved departments in the exit processMaking sure that all the steps of the exit are being followed Creates and collects\nsignatures for all related documentsContract\nmodifications; contract amendments; suspend contract
Responsible for all contract modifications such as and not limited to salary, function etc.Creates and collects signatures for all related documents Responsible for all leaves administration such as and not limited to status (maternity, paternity), unpaid leaveCreates and collects\nsignatures for all related documentsBenefits administration
