Senior HR Partner – 1 year contract
As a Senior HR Partner at Honeywell, Bucharest, RO, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support to our customers. You will have a significant impact on the organization by working with business leaders and managers to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and drive strategies to support the development and retention of our talented workforce.
In this role, you will report to the HR Manager, and you will work in 3/2 hybrid working setup out of the Bucharest office. You will be responsible for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, employee retention and engagement, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business objectives.
This role is a fixed term for 12 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectivesFind and fix significant risks that would impact the businessAlign internal policies to relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance; Provide location-specific HR expertiseDeploy HR solutions locally and build high performing teams; cultivate a pool of talented leaders and managersImplement talent solutions and guide managers on tools to find, hire, grow, and keep talent aligned to the business strategyIdentify upcoming talent and find opportunities to enable career growth in the business; focus on succession planningInfluence managers to engage their workforce and foster a workplace well-being culture that values inclusion and diversityEXPERIENCE
Strategic expert: Drive talent strategies and outcomes while staying current on local market dynamics, labor laws and regulationsBusiness acumen: Understand how client groups operate and know HR tools/resources needed to inform business decisionsEmployee engagement: Build effective and inclusive relationships with colleagues and promote a culture of trust, respect, belonging, and commitmentData analysis and interpretation: Use data analysis and interpretation skills to identify issues, guide business decisions, find solutions, and measure outcomesFacilitating change: Anticipate the impact of change on employees and provide communication and support to enable smooth transitionsQUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience Proven HR Generalist / HR Partner experience, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisitionStrong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices Experience in managing employee relations as well as driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work cultureStrong data analytics skills and proficiency in using various tools and platforms to generate insights and reports.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.Great level of English.OUR OFFER
