Sr HR Generalist
Provide HR support for the Tianjin plant while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities** + Act as the on-site HR representative for all employees, providing day-to-day HR support and guidance to both frontline workers and office staff. + Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for factory roles, including production operators, technicians, and administrative staff. + Partner with line managers to address employee relations issues, performance concerns, and disciplinary actions in a fair and compliant manner. + Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HR systems; support internal audits and compliance reviews. + Oversee time and attendance processes, shift scheduling, and special working hour approvals in accordance with labor regulations. + Drive compliance with local labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal HR policies; proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks. + Support implementation of HR programs such as performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives tailored to a factory setting. + Collaborate with HR COE and SSC to deliver consistent and high-quality HR services. **WE VALUE** + Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with proven experience supporting both blue-collar and white-collar employees. + Strong knowledge of labor law, factory compliance requirements, and HR operational best practices. + Excellent communication skills + Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization + Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment + Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events. + Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.
