Description Senior HR Generalist Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 base + 20% target bonus Robert Half has partnered with a high-growth, global organization to identify a Senior HR Generalist for a newly created role on their expanding HR team. Position Overview: The Senior HR Generalist will support a broad range of HR initiatives, with a primary focus on talent processes and HR operations. This person will partner closely with leaders to execute key programming, including goal setting, performance cycles, and policy administration. While this role does not require sourcing or headhunting, there is a strong tie to recruitment coordination and partnership, working alongside a lean and capable HR team.
