MAIN ACTIVITIES 1. Recommend, develop, and implement human resources projects and programs in your unit, to achieve the company's strategic objectives. 2. Participate in surveys and analyses of internal customer needs, identify resources, and apply results to be achieved, according to pre-established guidelines, for the areas of career development plans, training programs, performance evaluations, benefits plans, workplace safety, quality of life, among others. 3. Plan, control, and guide Human Resources Administration activities, such as: salary and benefit payments, collection of taxes, preparation of hiring processes, vacations, attendance control, contract termination and others, in accordance with legal and company regulations. 4. Control and administer Benefits Plans, such as: medical and social assistance, employee transportation, meals and events on special occasions, providing guidance and answering employee questions. 5. Maintain control of medical and dental insurance, laboratory, and meal service agreements, based on official rates, current contracts, and percentages provided by the immediate supervisor, and monitoring benefit expenses. 6. Conduct a training needs assessment and obtain approval from those responsible, in accordance with the Quality Manual. 7. Implement and constantly evaluate the Annual Training Plan, based on the approved needs assessment. 8. Recruit and select candidates according to the required job profile. 9. Terminate employees, conduct exit interviews, and prepare reports. 10. Organize and implement routines and procedures for document registration, updating, and storage, to meet legal requirements and monitor the company's employees. 11. Prepare cases for contesting labor lawsuits filed against the company, receiving and analyzing initial notifications, preparing documentation and supporting defenses, sending them to the hired attorney, and acting as a representative in hearings. 12. Propose and analyze activities to be developed by the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA), participating in meetings and observing the company's social perspective and monitoring the quality of third-party services provided in their area. 13. Monitor the progress of treatment of employees on leave and medical examinations, and provide additional information to physicians. 14. Ensure that maintenance, cleaning, and hygiene procedures are followed in the work area, as well as instruct third parties in compliance with safety, discipline, and accident prevention standards. TECHNICAL SKILLS EDUCATION: · Higher education. EXPERIENCE: · For hiring, a maximum of 6 months of experience is required. For promotions and transfers, internally, at least 5 years of previous experience in Human Resources or related roles is desirable. Required for proficiency in the main activities of the position. TRAINING: · QHSE management systems, legal and technical operational training, where applicable.
