We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented GTM Strategy & Effectiveness Manager to document and refine the training requirements, tools, and processes that empower our sales teams to execute high-impact sales plays. This role is responsible for ensuring that sales representatives and managers have clear, actionable guidance for executing sales plays and for testing, optimizing, and documenting the tools used to track their effectiveness.
This role is highly cross-functional, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product to equip our sales teams with the right knowledge, resources, and technology essential to driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enabling sales success through structured processes, innovative technology, and training. Responsibilities
Drives the implementation and success of sales tools and plays. Owns sales play documentation and enablement. Develops game plans that ensure clear understanding of sales plays and partners with sales training and effectiveness coaches to ensure the enablement of sales plays and tools. Responsible for building presentations for kick-offs, rollouts, and ongoing updates to sales plays and tool enhancements. Measures the effectiveness of sales tools by soliciting feedback from sales reps and leaders and helps provide resolution for pain points, either through education or enhancements to technology. Partners with the Data Innovation & Insights team to define and develop adoption metrics. Uses metrics to ensure sales leaders and reps are using tools and sales plays effectively, and guarantees sales teams are trained on tools and best practices for execution. Provides ongoing support for sales tools, plays, and cadences through the creation and maintenance of support channels that complement the solution center and provide quick, accessible answers to sales leaders’ and reps’ educational questions. Collaborates cross-functionally with sales teams and Learning & Development to optimize the effectiveness of sales plays and ensure their rollout and incorporation into ongoing trainings. Regularly collects feedback from sales teams to improve and optimize sales plays. Partners with sales effectiveness coaches to ensure SARs and new hires are implementing best practices for sales tools and cadences. Maintains a central repository of sales plays, tools, and best practices to ensure consistent execution across teams.
Who We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience, required. 5+ years of related experience, required. Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, or a related field, required. 9+ years of related experience, preferred. Experience developing and rolling out sales playbooks, preferred. Experience in instructional design or training development, preferred. Experience with sales performance analytics and dashboards, preferred. Strong understanding of sales methodologies and the sales process. Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Gong). Demonstrated expertise in creating high-quality documentation and content. Skilled at analyzing sales performance data and translating insights to drive actionable improvements. Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience effectively working across various departments. Experience working in B2B sales environments, preferably in SaaS, technology, or service-based industries. Ability to travel less than 5% of the time. Must be 18 years of age or older.
