This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers. **What You’ll Do:** + Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. + Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. + Create and implement company-wide policies and procedures, playbooks, and other organizational materials. + Ensure the required governance of the program is maintained and improved to raise compliance to the program across the business. + Direct the sourcing and procurement strategies to support program, corporate, and client goals and objectives. + Develop Supplier Relationship Management practices which will lead to elevated and more productive outcomes when working with suppliers in the program. + Develop, communicate, and manage the execution of national and global PEP strategies to support program, corporate, and client goals and objectives. + Prepare monthly reports of departmental activities, KPIs, and metrics to present to Executive management. + Approve annual procurement budget and supplier base of vendors. Review commodity and service requirements. + Serve as the principal liaison between the business and client sourcing, and internal departments. + Resolve escalated vendor disputes and develop organization requirements of PEP suppliers and services. + Review organization requirements and establish long-term and strategic procurement planning objectives. + Apply deep knowledge of multiple disciplines, broad industry knowledge, and commercial awareness. Drive financial and functional performance within disciplines and across business + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Negotiate with senior management, customers, and external parties of divergent interests to reach an agreement of strategic importance while being guided by the business segment and the organization's functional strategy. + Conceptualize new methods, techniques, processes, and standards across job disciplines or functions. + Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems by applying advanced critical thinking + Expected travel 25%' + Must be willing to to work in multiple time zones. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility, required. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. + Ability to exchange sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset. + Expert math skills. Ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $180,000 USD annually and the maximum salary for the position is $200,00 USD annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
