The Global Business Partner (GBP) - Tainan drives and leads the OMTs people strategy and initiatives at the FE OMT Senior leader level. Partners with business leaders on the development of long-term goals of the OMT’s structure and talent strategy. Coaches and develops business leaders. Maintains strategic alignment between Global BPs, Country People Lead and site leadership and People Team (HR), ensuring People programs and plans are aligned to businesses priorities and collaborates with People Services and COE to influence the design and implementation.
