Responsible for OHD relatedclosing / forecast /gap analysis(vs budget, QtQ, YoY, CtC etc) and partner with key stakeholder offunctional department to control the OHD expense. 2. Consolidate PCG in-house plants MVA result, review thegap analysis(vs budget, QtQ, YoY, CtC etc) and conduct related costanalysis. 3. Promote global consistency and continuous process improvement especially on the dashboard reporting tool automation. **Job Requirements:** 1. At least 5 years working experience and Finance with manufacturing background is preferred. 2. Good English listening/speaking/ writing ability is preferred. 3. Experience with power BIand other digitalizationtools is preferred. 4.
