Job Description OVERVIEW The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager plays a strategic leadership role in driving enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Reporting to the Treasurer, this position partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights that guide key decisions and support long-term growth initiatives. This role requires a results-driven leader with advanced financial acumen, a collaborative mindset, and strong communication skills to translate financial data into actionable strategies. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.  7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance, with 3+ years of team leadership.  Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting at a corporate level.  Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query, and SQL a plus.  Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting best practices.  Experience working with senior leaders and presenting financial information to stakeholders. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
