This role is critical to maintaining, optimizing, and scaling our Alteryx-based Dynamic Deal Guidance tool, which provides real-time pricing insights to our global sales organization. + Maintain and update Dynamic Deal Guidance tool data, logic, thresholds, and business rules on a quarterly release cycle using Alteryx. + Manage the internal help desk for sales and revenue teams, responding to tool-related inquiries and providing timely issue resolution. + Monitor adoption and usage trends, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with sales enablement to drive adoption. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tool functionality or data integrity. + Partner with Pricing and IT to evolve tool functionality and support business goals. + Create and maintain documentation of tool configurations, workflows, and known issues. Work Location:India-RemoteQualifications: + 5+ years of experience in pricing, sales operations, or analytics roles. + Hands-on experience with Alteryx, SQL, or similar data workflow platforms preferred. + Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer service mindset. + Ability to translate business needs into tool enhancements or support actions. + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
