**Position Overview**
The SFA will be responsible for providing financial leadership to the Immunology Therapeutic Area. The SFA will be an integral member of the Innovative Medicine Immunology Finance team helping to deliver on portfolio valuation analyses, shaping business cases, and providing recommendations on investment decisions. The SFA will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on portfolio prioritization, value creation, and meeting financial targets.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Partner across R&D, GCSO, Supply Chain, and Business Development to align financial assumptions, analyze and model projected value of investments, problem solve ad-hoc business issues, and lead financial cycles including Latest Thinking, Business Plan, and Long-Range Financial Plan, and ensure the execution, accuracy, and compliance of quarterly close.
+ Opportunity to prepare and present Immunology financials to Finance, R&D, and GCSO leadership teams
+ Partner with Business Development in support of External Innovation and L&A/M&A projects.
**Qualifications:**
+ A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance.
+ MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications preferred.
+ A minimum of three years finance experience is required.
+ Must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Must think creatively and be able to work in a team environment.
+ Must be able to effectively seek leadership roles in various functions.
+ Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to recommend and implement operational improvements, work independently, and handle several tasks simultaneously.
+ This role will be located in Spring House, PA, Raritan, NJ, or Titusville NJ, and may require up to 10% of travel.

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
$77,000-$124,200
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
