The Senior Financial Analyst will be a member of the PFG Corporate Finance team within the Accounting and Finance department. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the financial analysis of national and local vendor rebate profitability across all of Performance Foodservice. In this role the Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with the Procurement team. This position provides great opportunity for exposure to PFS leadership and a key function at Performance Foodservice with vast opportunities to grow within the organization.

Position Responsibilities:Prepare vendor rebate profitability analysis, including utilization of PowerBI, SAP and various other financial analysis tools.Collect, analyze, and interpret data, quantifying financial opportunity and risk, and communicating the optimal business decisions/actions.Collaborate across departments including Field Finance, Procurement, IT, Accounting and OpCo’s.Develop financial analysis tools to assist in management decisionsLead and/or participate in business initiatives and special projectsManage the continuous development and improvement of the departmentParticipate in the professional development of staff including establishing and monitoring goals, providing performance feedback and mentoringCreate and foster an environment that maximizes individual potential and values collective resultsAccountable for developing and sustaining a culture of customer service excellenceOther projects or duties as assigned
