Key Responsibilities

Preparation of quarterly financial results review and board meeting materials; deliver ideas and messages in a clear and concise mannerCompilation of consolidated and standalone financial statementsSupports forecasting, strategic planning, budgeting processesDevelop models and analysis for business initiativesResearch and provide recommendations on accounting policiesAssist with budgeting tool implementationPerform ad-hoc analyses as needed for the finance department and other business unitsProvide overall support to the team.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

3-5 years of related financing work experienceExperience with technical accounting and knowledge of IFRS preferredExperience with Hyperion, SAP system and Workday preferredSelf-starter; ability to work proactively and independentlyProven ability to perform well under pressureDemonstrates problem solving, decision making, and continuous process improvement skills
