We are looking for a dedicated Sr Financial Analyst like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** To assist finance leadership in all functions including posting, analyzing and processing of financial data in a timely manner to ensure accuracy and financial integrity. Responsibilities include assisting in month end review of financials and variance analysis, managing and maintaining accurate facility and department level statistics, providing operational/financial analysis to support hospital leadership team, and performing supportive accounting functions as needed. Required to work closely with the hospital leadership team and to conduct themselves in a professional manner consistent with the hospital's missions, goals, and standards of behavior. III. Position Requirements: A. Licensure/Certification/Registration: None. B. Education: Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance, Accounting or related field required. Master's degree preferred. C. Experience: Position requirements include experience with information systems, data management and structure, extensive knowledge of spreadsheet and database applications, ability to create on demand ad hoc financial analysis reports, and working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), budget preparation, income statements, profit and loss analysis, proformas and labor management/productivity. 1-5 years healthcare experience preferred. D. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong analytical skills and an understanding of financial operations of a hospital including strong cost accounting knowledge and proficiency with financial system applications. Must possess a high degree of accuracy with attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills are required. Must possess strong excel skills with ability to build complex formulas, report creation and automation. Able to prioritize and accomplish multiple simultaneous projects of varying intensity and duration.
