This position does not offer relocation assistance\. **What you'll be doing a Senior Financial Analyst** Analyze/forecast financial dataSupport and prepare quarterly financial program reviews \(include explaining changes to Price, EACs, R&Os\)Collaborate with other members of the financial & program teams to prepare the Annual Operating Plan \(AOP\) & Long\-Range Plan \(LRP\)Prepare weekly updates to forecast data and identify risk and opportunity itemsSupport and respond to internal and external audit reviewsMonitor, analyze, and understand Earned Value Management SystemsDevelop, explain, review and track schedules to facilitate program executionSupport any required business case analysisWork closely with other functional organizations, as requiredOperate within the guidelines of all corporate and government regulations **Qualifications** **Skills You Bring To this Role** Has demonstrated strong analytical abilityStrong Microsoft Office knowledge, including Excel financial modeling skillsMust be well organized and be able to process multiple forms of data for analysisAbility to articulate the findings of their analysis in a concise and understandable manner for upper managementSAP Accounting/Finance experience is preferredExperience with the defense industry is preferred **What you need to be successful** Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field of study 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or other related role **What we offer you in return** You'll be off every other Friday with our 9/80 work schedule 80 hours of Personal Time Off \(PTO\) 120 hours Vacation time 12\-13 paid holidays per year 6 weeks parental leave Tuition reimbursement Competitive salary Comprehensive health insurance On\-site clinic, pharmacy, physical therapy, and licensed counselor Access to more than 11 Employee Resource Groups And so much more It's time to make your mark on the future of aviation\.
