Key Responsibilities:
Direct Business Partnering:
Interact with operational teams to ensure spend accuracy and identify variances from planProvide meaningful insight and recommendations to site directorIdentify and lead productivity, process, and continuous improvement activitiesActively engage in and contribute to plant meetingsDecision Support:
Understand nuances of operations and collaborate with key partners to improve business resultsPrepare & distribute relevant analysis and reports, participate in decision making processBudget/Forecasting/Action Planning:
Perform budgeting and forecasting activitiesCompile weekly/monthly projection and present in real time actionable formatProvide financial analysis and support for operational finance, developing and publishing mission critical performance reports, and tracking financial performance against metrics and goalsAdministrative Activities/Career Development:
Participate in function or career development trainingDevelop new skills essential to the future of Supply Chain FinanceKey Competencies:
