About the role.

Collaborate with key financial and functional stakeholders to facilitate timely and accurate forecasts and drive profitable growth and decision-making for the Canada Retail business.Enhance quarterly and month-end analysis and value-added reporting to highlight operational drivers and support management decision making.

Partner with the retail commercial team to lead the financial modeling of potential promotional activities, analyze the impact of new business proposals, and manage overall margins as it relates to product pricing and promotions.Develop and monitor trade rates as well as customer fines and settlementsSuggest opportunities to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the pricing process. 

University degree required; Business or Finance specializations preferredBusiness acumen: can explain the story behind the numbers and recommend solutionsEffectively able to communicate with many functions including Sales, Sales Strategy, Finance and Marketing teamsResponsive and capable of handling business pressure with initiative
