Summary: The Sr. Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the General Accounting activities in AutoZone are performed most effectively and properly manage a second team whose leader will be a Controller and whose primary functions will be Financial Planning & Analysis and Procurement Responsibilities: + Ensure the Reconciliation of accounts assigned to the team in AutoZone is correctly performed + Provide Financial Analysis support to the entire AutoZone organization + Ensure the Procurement role complies with the minimum internal control guidelines that relate to the function + Develop a High-Performance Team able to control the above functions with limited supervision + Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required by management Requirements: + Level of formal education: Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent + Area of study: Accounting or Finance + Years of experience: Five to seven years + Type of experience: General Accounting / Financial Planning and Analysis + Technical Skills: Bilingual, highly customer service oriented, excellent communications skills, Negotiation Skills, Ability to work under pressure, team worker + Other/preferred: Reconnet, MS Office, ERP AutoZone, and its subsidiary, ALLDATA are equal opportunity employers.
