Summary: The Sr. Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the General Accounting activities in AutoZone are performed most effectively and properly manage a second team whose leader will be a Controller and whose primary functions will be Financial Planning & Analysis and Procurement Responsibilities: Ensure the Reconciliation of accounts assigned to the team in AutoZone is correctly performed Provide Financial Analysis support to the entire AutoZone organization Ensure the Procurement role complies with the minimum internal control guidelines that relate to the function Develop a High-Performance Team able to control the above functions with limited supervision Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as required by management Requirements: Level of formal education: Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent Area of study: Accounting or Finance Years of experience: Five to seven years Type of experience: General Accounting / Financial Planning and Analysis Technical Skills: Bilingual, highly customer service oriented, excellent communications skills, Negotiation Skills, Ability to work under pressure, team worker Other/preferred: Reconnet, MS Office, ERP
