Sr Executive (SOC L1)
Technical Understanding Working knowledge on SIEM platform, along with exposure to UEBA, NBA, NBAD and SOAR  Experience in Industry standard SIEM Platform is must (e.g. QRadar, Splunk, RSA, Seceon, Arcsight etc.) Process and Procedure adherence General network knowledge and TCP/IP Troubleshooting Ability to trace down an endpoint on the network, based on ticket information Functional Requirements Good in customer communication,  Working knowledge of SIEM Incident management, Customer updates  Must have Experience in Managed SOC Services.  Working Schedule – Across 24x7 shifts Education Qualification – Engineering Graduate Hands on experience in above mentioned technologies is required Good to have industry certifications on SIEM Platform, CCNA, CEH, MCSE & Others
