**About the Team**
The Global Partners & Ecosystems Marketing team accelerates the success of UKG’s partner network by driving strategic engagement across alliance managers, partners, and our sales organization. Our team leads all aspects of partner marketing, including go-to-market content, communications, sales enablement, the UKG Marketplace, and events. We help customers, prospects, and internal teams understand how the UKG Partner Network reduces time to value, decreases implementation costs, and delivers innovative, integrated solutions.
**About the Role**
UKG is seeking a seasoned and dynamic **Senior Events Manager** to join our Global Partners & Ecosystems Marketing team. In this high-impact role, you will drive the strategy, planning, and execution of major partner-focused events that elevate brand awareness, generate joint pipeline, and strengthen our partner community.
You’ll lead both UKG-hosted and partner-hosted event initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and the UKG Corporate Events team to create compelling, scalable experiences that showcase the power of our partner ecosystem.
**Lead Event Strategy & Execution:**
Own the end-to-end planning and execution of major partner-related events, including the UKG Go-to-Market Kickoff, Partner Summit, Customer Conference, and Partner Advisory Board.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
Partner with the UKG Corporate Events team to manage contracts, logistics, and ensure a seamless and impactful partner experience.
**Partner Integration:**
Develop and implement strategies to integrate partners into broader marketing initiatives such as trade shows, webinars, and regional customer/prospect events through sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and more.
**Partner-Hosted Events:**
Oversee UKG’s participation in partner-hosted events, managing all aspects from sponsorship deliverables to on-site logistics.
**Marketing & Promotion:**
Coordinate the creation of promotional assets including artwork, advertisements, and web content for events. Manage pre- and post-event communications and campaigns.
**Stakeholder Engagement:**
Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling sponsorship packages, enhance partner experiences, and establish KPIs to measure event success.
**Logistics & Materials Management:**
Select and manage event giveaways and marketing materials, including shipping logistics.
**Data & Reporting:**
Work with Operations to upload leads and campaign data into Salesforce. Analyze event performance through metrics and surveys to optimize partner experience and inform future planning.
**Onsite Event Management:**
Travel as needed to oversee partner engagement and manage on-the-ground logistics.
**About You**
**Basic Qualifications**
+ 5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or partner marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or ecosystem environment.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
+ Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and multiple concurrent events.
+ Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like **Cvent** and **Salesforce** .
+ Experience working within partner ecosystems or managing sponsorship deliverables.
+ Creative problem-solver who is results-oriented and comfortable with fast-paced environments.
+ Able to translate technical or business concepts into clear value for partners and customers.
+ Positive, proactive, and adaptable — with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

The pay range for this position is $78,800 to $113,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
