Role Purpose

Mechanical designing of HV components like Battery, OBC & DCDC converter

Responsibilities/ task

Having Mechanical design experience around 3-5 years (BE/BTech) 0-2 years (ME/MTech)Experience in Handling complex 3D models & 2D drawings in PLM environment (Catia preferred)Basic understanding of manufacturing processes like HPDC, Sheet metal stamping & Plastic Injection moulding and understand design requirements based on these manufacturing processBasic understanding of GD&T application, drawings creationWorked on basic design calculations (structural & thermal)Understands BEV/HEV systemsGood communication skills

Key Performance Indicators

Good knowledge of Catia 3D & 2DGood communication skills

BE Mechanical / Mechatronics
