Honeywell is hiring a Sr Director Global Sales L&D to\nsit in either our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA HON hub locations. The Sr\nDirector Global Sales L&D is responsible for creating, implementing, and\nmanaging innovative learning and development programs that enhance the skills\nand performance of the sales team. This role will focus on developing\nstrategies that drive sales excellence, improve customer engagement, and\nsupport the overall growth objectives.

This role will report directly to the VP Sales Transformation\nand work on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Deliverables:

Development\n and execution of a comprehensive learning strategy for the sales team.Successful\n implementation of training programs that improve sales performance and\n customer engagement.Regular\n analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of learning initiatives.Continuous\n improvement and innovation in sales training programs.Key Responsibilities:Learning\n Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive\n learning strategy that aligns with the sales team's goals and the\n company's strategic objectives.Program\n Design and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement\n training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules tailored to the needs\n of the sales team.Performance\n Analysis: Analyze sales performance data to identify skill gaps\n and areas for improvement. Use this data to inform the development of\n targeted learning interventions.Collaboration: Work\n closely with sales leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure training\n programs are relevant and effective. Collaborate with external vendors and\n consultants as needed.Mentoring\n and Coaching: Provide ongoing mentoring and coaching to sales\n team members to support their professional development and improve their\n performance.Evaluation\n and Reporting: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs\n through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Report on the\n impact of learning initiatives to senior leadership.Continuous\n Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices\n in sales training and development.
