This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with Buying/Merchandising, DTC Channel teams (eCom, FP, Outlet), Hubs, and Finance to ensure that all inventory and product decisions are aligned with company-wide planning and allocation decisions. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success. **The Position** As Senior Director EMEA Demand & Inventory Planning you will be crucial to the Omni Planning and Allocation Team. You will lead the EMEA Demand Planning and Inventory buy decisions based on collaborative input from DTC channels and Hubs/Wholesale Key Account Planning teams. You will deliver the financial category demand plans that support sales and margin targets for the brand in EMEA that tie to financial targets and ambitions, in collaboration with cross-functional teams to align planning strategies with market trends and business objectives. This role is vital for achieving the Omni Planning and Allocation objectives and your work will be key to the commercial success of the TH brand. **Key Responsibilities:** + Long Term Planning: Contribute to long-range planning processes and support top-down seasonal sales, margin, and inventory plans and strategies to meet corporate financial targets + Merchandise Strategy: Collaborate with the DTC Buying leaders, Merchandising and Wholesale Account teams on merchandise strategies and financial plans to ensure alignment with global direction and regional plans + Demand Planning: Create EMEA option level demand plans for Seasonal & NOS, improving accuracy of sell in vs forecast. + Inventory management: Own inventory decisions on NOS/Seasonal buys based on demand signals from Wholesale Account planning (Hubs) & DTC channel input.​ Management of TH EMEA inventory levels with E2E inventory visibility and partnership with Finance. + Integrated Demand Planning (IDP): Run IDP process with Demand Planning team input & roll-up for Hub Account & DTC demand forecasts into region. Review Hub/DTC sell-in forecasts, optimizing accuracy.​ + Range Planning: Input into regional range plan, option framework & customer segmentation.​ + Wholesale Planning: Review consolidation of key WHS account plans and develop aligned process for Key Account Planning together with hub counterparts + Inventory Flow: Set inventory inbound flow & consumption strategy (with hub commercial teams & DTC).​ + Buy Quantification: Pass off consolidated, sized buys for Mainline and Outlet channels to Planning Operations team + Continuous improvement: Implement and exploit new systems and processes to continually increase team efficiency. + Support departmental plans: work with the VP TH Omni Planning & Allocation to develop departmental plans and priorities + Manage EMEA Demand & Inventory Planning team: provide managerial and leadership support to the team, providing guidance and direction to enable them to best deliver the task their teams are responsible for deliveringenable them to effectively deliver on their team's responsibilities.
