This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As a Senior Director, Talent Management, you will play a critical role in guiding and overseeing the talent management function. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing talent strategies, driving employee development and engagement, and ensuring the organization has the right talent to meet its business objectives.
In this role, you will impact the company by driving the development and retention of top talent, fostering a culture of learning and growth, and aligning talent strategies with business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Develop and implement talent management strategies and programs
+ Drive employee development and engagement initiatives
+ Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles
+ Ensure the organization has the right talent to meet its business objectives
In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent management or related roles
+ Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
+ Experience in driving employee development and engagement
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
+ Strong knowledge of talent management best practices
+ Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
