**About the Role:**
The Sr Director, Procurement Technology is responsible for global procurement technology platforms & solutions and provides leadership to a global team of professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. This position requires someone who can work independently, is a self-starter, and able to respond in a matrixed, fast-paced environment. The ideal individual must excel at working with high level business stakeholders to understand their strategies and match them with the right solutions.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Oversee and strategically lead the Procurement Technologies scope within the Group Procurement organization and supporting internal Lines of Business.
+ Understand and communicate technology vision, strategy, and roadmaps that are aligned with CBRE’s strategies and initiatives.
+ Translate procurement organizations requirements into technical requirements, with an ability to communicate equally with technical and non-technical personnel.
+ Create strong partnerships with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and D&T organizations.
+ In partnership with D&T, collectively oversee all critical procurement technology including Procure to Pay (P2P), Source to Contract and Contract Lifecycle Management
+ Develop and drive the building of business cases for future investments and presents to Executive Leadership for buy-in and sponsorship.
+ Lead the implementation of transformation initiatives and governance programs supporting the procurement technology scope.
+ Manage all initiatives to available budgets and partners with finance to communicate financial costs and chargebacks.
+ Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and performance of procurement platforms.
+ Collaborate closely with Digital and Technology (D&T) teams to integrate solutions seamlessly into procurement platforms.
+ Foster innovation by identifying, evaluating, and implementing cutting-edge AI and ML technologies in the procurement domain.
+ Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring the procurement platform landscape remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
+ Conduct regular assessments of market trends and emerging technologies to inform the organization's procurement technology roadmap.
+ Lead and supervise a global team.
+ Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting professional growth and development.

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
+ 10+ years of experience and/or training.
+ Skills / experience in Coupa and AI is a plus.
+ Strong proficiency in various computer applications, MS Office Power Point, Word, Excel, Others is a plus.
+ Proven experience in a senior leadership role within procurement, with a focus on Procurement Platforms, AI, and ML initiatives.
+ In-depth knowledge of source-to-pay processes and technologies, including best in class AI capabilities and solutions.
+ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Track record of driving process improvements and achieving cost savings through effective procurement strategies.
+ Ability to work productively and influence change within a large, complex organization.
+ High attention to detail, and accuracy, within a high-volume work environment
+ Enthusiasm and drive to succeed
+ Passion to provide great service to internal customers.
+ Demonstrated success in managing global teams and implementing procurement technologies at scale.
