Are you ready to lead the strategy and execution of Spectrum’s Developer Experience and Customer Onboarding as a Senior Director, Engineering? In this high-impact role, you will guide the team responsible for SDKs, developer tools, dashboards, and portals, creating a seamless self-service experience. You will ensure successful customer onboarding and explore innovative API integrations to accelerate adoption. Partnering with Product, Sales, and Marketing, your leadership will deliver a frictionless and powerful developer journey, from discovery to mission-critical applications.

Lead mentors and grow high-performing and collaborative software development teams to produce exceptional results that deliver innovative technical solutionsProvide engineering support and direction for new or existing technologies and partner with other functions to deliver the roadmap on time with qualityEvaluate and consult with executive management regarding technical operations, roadmap definition, strategic planning, and new product development and deploymentDrive operational excellence by establishing best practices, metrics and key performance indicators, and work with operations to achieve high availabilityPartner with finance on budget planning and execute based on the approved budget planContribute to the service continuity and disaster recovery plans for the services

Education

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience

The base pay for this position generally is between $155,600.00 and $275,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
