\nOur intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
\nAs a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist for Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for driving digital marketing strategies focused on Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and paid media to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. Your expertise in digital marketing will enable you to develop and execute comprehensive campaigns, analyze data, and optimize performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
\nIn this role, you will impact the success of Solstice Advanced Materials by driving targeted traffic, increasing online visibility, and generating high-quality leads through effective digital marketing strategies.
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on SEM, ABM, and paid media\nDrive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through targeted campaigns\nAnalyze data and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize campaign performance\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver impactful digital marketing initiatives\nManage sizable budgets and execute campaigns – both long and short term.\nUnderstand our landscape and customer insights to develop strategic marketing plans.\nManage projects, timelines and resources to ensure successful execution of campaigns.\nCreate measurement, tracking and reporting to improve results for all tactics.\nConduct A/B testing to identify highest performing options to ensure we’re targeting the right audience at the right time with the right message.\nUse engagement metrics to suggest adjustments to tactics and strategies to optimize return on marketing investment (ROMI).\nPartner with IT and business stakeholders to build and sustain industry-best digital engagement.\nStay updated on the latest trends, including AI tools and technologies, and be willing to experiment with new approaches to stay ahead of competitors.YOU MUST HAVE
\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies\nStrong knowledge of SEM, ABM, and paid media\nExperience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong English skills (written and verbal)\nWE VALUE
