If so, come join us and help redefine the Canadian banking landscape! **What you will be doing:** The Senior DevOps Specialist – Enterprise Tools Platform plays a key role in the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of Tangerine Bank’s enterprise-wide developer productivity and collaboration tools ecosystem. This role ensures the availability, scalability, security, and lifecycle management of Tools Platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, Crowd, GitHub, Artifactory, SonarQube, Checkmarx, BlackDuck, LaunchDarkly, etc. In addition, Driving SaaS migrations and CI/CD pipelines integration of these tools to support increase developer productivity across the bank. The incumbent will collaborate with engineering teams, security, and business stakeholders to introduce new tools, perform POCs, prepare business cases for executive approval, manage licensing, and ensure alignment with enterprise policies and cloud-first strategies. **Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:** + Platform Administration & Operations + Own the end-to-end administration, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise tools: JIRA, Confluence, Crowd, GitHub, SonarQube, Checkmarx, BlackDuck, LaunchDarkly, Artifactory, etc + Oversee user management (Crowd, AD groups), access provisioning, and permissions governance. + Manage BAU operations including vulnerability management, patching, software currency (regular upgrades), database maintenance (PostgreSQL, SQL), and application upgrades. + Provide user support, troubleshooting, and onboarding for Agile team members. + Tooling Strategy & SaaS Migration + Drive migration from on-prem to SaaS for Atlassian, GitHub, and other enterprise platforms in alignment with the bank’s cloud-first strategy. + Perform market research and POCs for emerging tools that enhance developer productivity. + Prepare and present business cases for new tools and platform enhancements to senior leadership for approval as needed. + Security & Compliance + Collaborate with AppSec and Cybersecurity teams on threat risk assessments, compliance, and secure onboarding of new tools. + Ensure platforms meet enterprise security standards and adhere to regulatory requirements. + Lead vulnerability management for the enterprise tooling ecosystem. + DevOps & Automation + Enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and integrate enterprise AppSec tools. + Provide guidance on best practices for DevOps tool usage and automation within the bank. + Licensing & Vendor Management + Oversee license renewals, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization for enterprise tooling. + Maintain vendor relationships and manage contracts in alignment with enterprise procurement processes. + Training & Enablement + Conduct training sessions for onboarding teams to new tools and features. + Serve as an enterprise subject matter expert for developer productivity tools. **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
