The Senior Developer improves the performance, reliability, and scalability of data pipelines, ensuring efficient data flow from source to insight, and provide mentorship to junior team members. Operating with a high degree of independence, this role contributes to data strategy and deliver impactful insights across the organization. Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using advanced BI techniques. - Design and optimize data models and ETL processes for performance and scalability. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define complex data requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are implemented and maintained. - Troubleshoot complex data and reporting issues, providing timely and effective resolutions. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, ETL processes, and reporting solutions. - Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior BI Developers. - Conduct performance tuning and optimization of BI solutions.
