How you will make history here...Drive cost efficiencies across the Snacking portfolio while preserving product quality and brand equity.Champion a culture of innovation and collaboration to deliver breakthrough results.Embed Design to Value (DtV) principles into the product development lifecycle to influence early-stage innovation and renovation.

What you will do...Lead the development and execution of DtV strategies to optimize cost and value across the snacking category.Manage a cross-functional project portfolio, from ideation through execution, with clear business cases and financial targets.Coach Brand Managers and category teams through the stage gate process for DtV initiatives.Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Finance, and Quality to identify and implement improvement opportunities.Use consumer data, analytics, and industry trends to guide decisions and validate changes through sensory testing.Collaborate with Insights teams to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.Align DtV initiatives with category objectives and brand-building efforts in partnership with Category VPs and Brand Managers.Build capabilities within category teams to leverage data for marketing improvements and consumer satisfaction.Track and report on short- and long-term DtV goals, including financial impact, risks, and timelines.Support integration of DtV into innovation and renovation initiatives.

What you will bring to the table... (Required Skills)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field8+ years of progressive experience in the CPG industry, focusing on brand management, pricing strategy, portfolio management, or innovationProven success in leading cross-functional initiatives balancing consumer value, brand equity, and cost efficiencyStrong understanding of product positioning, consumer segmentation, and pricing architectureAbility to translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable solutionsExperience managing complex project portfolios with financial assessment and stakeholder alignmentAdvanced analytical skills and familiarity with business case development and market modeling toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

It would be nice if you have... (Preferred Skills)MBA or advanced degreeConsulting experience in a relevant field

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$142,000-$204,100

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
